Facilities on service market

Service providers will be able to run a business in the other country of EU without the necessity of establishing a company and obtaining unnecessary permissions, concessions, and licenses.

The amendments are introduced by the Act of 4.03.2010 about the providing of services on Polish territory. New rules introduce into the Polish legislation so-called Service Directives of the European Parliament and the Council of December 2006, which removes the barriers in free movement of services between EU members countries.

The  offices  will  no  longer  require  the  documents  for  services in the form of originals or certified copies  of performed activity.
